The Lazord Fellowship is a one-year regional program with chapters in Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Greece. The program has been running since 2010 with its pilot in Egypt and has been growing internationally since then. After a competitive recruitment effort, fellows are selected in each country and placed for one year in a local organization working to benefit society. Each fellow receives training and mentoring sessions provided by the Lazord Fellowship and its network to help realize his/her full potential as a responsible leader.

 

Being a trainer at Lazord means believing that the learning experience is a journey which should not only include knowledge and skills but a comprehensive understanding of themes critical to the success of a professional in the change-making industry.
